I like the # 88. When I was a little girl, I loved to shop at the
Bonanza 88 store. It was the prelude to our 99 cent and dollar stores.
Because of that, when I saw today that my 4 blogs are being read in 88
different countries, that became somewhat of a milestone for me.
I
haven't written much in the past few months--not because there's
nothing to write about, but rather because there's so MUCH to discover.
I've been finding many intriguing pieces of the puzzle, and

The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson--Review
One month ago I discovered a book, or process, called The Emotion Code by Bradley Nelson.
I would never have supposed how drastically that book has changed my
way of thinking about my aches and pains, my lymphatic congestion or
other lifelong pains. Today I can say with complete confidence that
emotional healing is easy, natural and vital to our health. I
incorporate Dr. Nelson's process with essential oils, cymatics and

Wellness is made of many pieces. One missing piece can ruin the stability and function of the rest. Choose foods that are right for YOU.
Have you ever wondered why you feel good after eating an apple, but gassy and bloated after you eat an orange? Aren't they both supposed to be good for you? Do you have trouble digesting things that are on the healthy list and wonder what's going on? If you learn how to muscle test yourself, you can make better food choices for yourself specifically. I found out at age 55 that I don't do well with tomatoes, peppers and potatoes--the entire nightshade family. I stopped eating much of them and feel better. Learn about applied kinesiology.
